Where is the fuse for the 12 v outlet? Is it one of the ones by the battery and if so do I need to take apart all those harnesses to get at? I measured at the outlet and nothing then measured at the connection and still nothing. Fuse is the only thing I can think of. Any suggestions?
Also, how much in and out play should the secondary have. Mine is moving about an 1/8 of an inch. Normal?

The fuse is right in the fuse box in front of the battery, 3A.
For the secondary play on the shaft, that sounds about right. All of mine have that.
