I've never had a nytro but have read on here about noises these motors and clutches make. I was wondering mine makes a rattle near clutch. Only heard at idle. Is this fixed the same way as the nytro? The noise is just annoying and other wise not a problem I don't think.
The track drive is also noisy as heck compared to my apex with Wahl drives. Once again this is more annoying then anything and I'll get use to it. I don't think the 3" pitch helps. I've always heard reviews on this kinda drive setup so I knew what I was getting into prior to purchase.
Any thoughts on those that have rode their xtx or viper?
It all goes away when you hit the throttle.

I have an ltx se, and the clutch rattle is probably something you will have to learn to live with, it not as loud as my Nytro used be tho. And as for the track noise I don't have or hear it. I only get some vibration when going under 40 mph, could be the track been clipped every other window or the quiet drive?

The rattle is a Yamaha thing. I have it on my rx1
