started it few days ago and fine. had to charge to start second time to get it out of the drive and into back yard. Now in back 40 and just hear the fuel load but nothing from starter? put trickle on it overnight and still nothing from the starter? Worst thing is it is away from house and not so light if you know what i mean to pull into garage? tried a jump cable box and still nothing from starter? any ideas what to try next?

Pull it in or near the garage.
thx sled dog going to borrow an atv and get it into garage next and then any ideas on any relay or fuse or you think just pull battery and have it load tested first?

I think your battery is junk too.
I had a similar issue with mine a few times.
i could hear the fuel pump turn on and a clicking at the starter but it would not turn over.
I think some snow dust got into my starter and froze it up.
i took a water bottle with hot water in it and squirted some right onto the starter. fired right up.
need to run it long and hard to make sure any moisture in the starter dries out afterward.

Pull it in a garage pull the battery and charge it with an optimate III if you have one or any charger on 2 amp only for 24 hrs. While doing that check your fuses. I am thinking it is not your battery because when you tried to boost it you got nothing. It may be one of your relays or the starter solenoid is froze or hanging up. Once the battery is charged get it load tested to make sure. IF it fires right up after warming up it was one of the relays or the starter. Look for a relay to be at fault first. Let us know how you make out.
its going ! got it towed into the garage and took off all panels. put the trickle charge on it for two days and xmass eve started without issue ! a lot of snow in the sled so gather the starter was frozen and the battery was worn down also. Seems to be good now though left it outside last night after ride so will confirm all is well if it starts without issue later today. Thx for all the input and will post back one more time

I know you checked, but be sure you did not bump the kill switch.

If the kill switch was pushed down he would not have heard the fuel pump.
I agree with Sled Dog that if it was just the battery it still would have jump started. It looks like it was probably a frozen relay.

That is the fuel pump relay. I think that the starter relay is down by the battery.

yep had the starter relay freeze on mine as well, if you keep ticking the key it will eventually catch and start on a -20 day about 20 trys before it unfroze and a good couple hour run to evap any moisture in it

Yes, the starter relay is attached to the battery box. You would have to remove the air box to access it.
