has anyone swapped in a Polaris IQr or IQDragon skid into a shorty Nytro?
I have a 2013 FX....oem skid is pretty lame...both the shocks and skid IMO.
I have a 2010 Polaris IQDragon skid with WE rezzy shocks sittin in the cave.
Would love to swap the entire skid in as it is bulletproof, works well and has zero slide/wheel issues and a better approach angle.
My MK3 eyeball assessment indicates that the front skid arms are similar in length, the mounting bolt locations are 2in longer between the front and rear arms on the Yammie skid tho.
Looks like I would be able to use the front oem skid holes....but need to relocate the rear hangars aprox 2in rearward??
What is the inside width of the Nytro tunnel? Pretty sure it is wider than the Polaris IQ?? Could shim that distance tho?
How about using the Dreagon WE shocks in the Yammie skid?
Any actual experience with this skid swap or shock swap?
Does the previous factory Yammie Snocross/XC Nytro not use an IQr skid??
