Installing the vector gauge. Looking for info on wiring the clock. Seen posts on here...where is the best place to get the power for the wire to run the clock? Do i go right from the battery? will this drain the battery if not used every few day? Find a power source once the key comes on? will the clock need to be reset every time if i am not connected right to the battery?

I went right to the battery. Have you looked in the Nytro FAQ sticky?

Yes looked thru it. Seen where you went to the battery and one other person went to a power source with a inline fuse. Just wondering if it drains the battery going direct...or if better going to a power source once the key is turned on. Thanks

Maybe after a year of sitting it might. Same power source as the Vectors.

I recently purchased a Vector gauge for my Nytro too. Just brought my sled out of storage so I haven't installed it yet. I bought a Ram mount and some aluminum to make a mounting bracket. The easiest way to wire the clock so it keeps time with the sled off is to wire it to the battery. I would put an in-line fuse in the wire to the battery. If you splice into another constant power source in the sled harness it is the same as wiring to the battery anyways. So take the easy way. G.B.Yes looked thru it.
