I installed my OFT steering relocator last night and all went well!! Great product and install instructions were handy.

I relocated the throttle cable as suggested, however I was curious as to if others have expeirenced issues with the other cables and wires coming up through around the relocator?? I trimmed the rubber boot as suggested, however it still seems quite tight and have some concerns with wires or brake line rub??

any suggestions??

Sled is 09 XTX with stock bar set up.

Mine has been in for a year, and all is good to go! Relocator is a definite must have.

I just removed the rubber thing and trimmed some of the plastic also. Fits much nicer with plenty of room and heat pours out of the opening ;)!

Mine is newly installed and I had the same concerns ...glad to hear it is not an issue though

Binding

I just installed mine last night and it seems to be binding on the lower mount.
I did have trouble getting the lower bracket and bushing installed. The bolts did not line up? Had to bend them a little with a 10 mill deep socket as per instructions. Now the bushing block doesn't sit flush to the mounting plate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You might have the wrong bushing block against the mounting plate. One of the blocks is machined at an angle, and it should fit flush against the plate, after you bend the studs down like the instructions said.

It may take a couple trys of bending and checking to get it perfect. But once it is, the block should naturaly lay down with the angle sitting flush.

Exactly, one of the blocks may not be in the right posish. I did the same thing and noticed the one block is on an angle. Once I flipped it around it was fine.

I ordered one two seasons ago and still have not installed it lol, time to get motivated and find a garage to do the install.

Just put 400 miles on my kit in the UP of Mich this weekend. Installation a breeze about 1.5 hours , product excellent quality and took away all the slop in handlebars. Riding it along with tuner ski makes it a new machine. Switched sleds on trail with xtx that was stock and night and day. I wouldn't ride a Nytro without this kit, no joke. You have no idea how bad the stock setup is till you change. This is a must have!!
