Ohlin front shocks

From reading this post, it sounds like its better to spend the money on the front end vs the rear. Shocks first and then what? I do trail riding and my RX1 really beat me up last year.
Thanks

With the RX-1, the single biggest improvement to my sled was the Apex bars with a 6" Articulating riser and adding foam to the seat!!!
No kidding.
This made the sled FAST!
Simply because I can now fly through rough stuff without it beating me.

Using the stock bars you want a 4" Articulating riser.
You won't believe the difference in handling. :-o

I starte with mine sled jacked up so the skis are off the floor. I turned the ring dow to the spring tops and about a 1/4 turn more then went out and played with clicker settings and the spring from there.

I purchased the set from Rec-Lift...any set up instructions on springs/dampers?

13mm sway bar...worth the cost?
Risers....??
Taller seat....??

Inch by inch or $ by $.

Dude!
Read my post just above your question... lol
I would suggest the seat & riser First.

You WILL like it! ;)!

Then as Yamadog suggests, adjust the suspension and other things to get them right.
There are MANY things you can do that cost little to no money.
Do them first, THEN see what you like and don't like.
That way you will spend your money wisely and on things you know you need.

Make sure your RPMs are close to 10,400.
Just a little too high, or low (more than 50 to 100 RPMs) makes a big difference.
A new clutch spring is cheap power...

Can't say on the 13 mm sway bar yet, I have a new one in the box & haven't been able to install it yet. :o|
Hope this helps ya!
