Anyone know if the 0w40 Yama lube has a better flow at cold Temps than the 0w30 ...I used 0w30 last change and have starting issues at cold Temps. I think factory fills with 0w40

Haha found my answer ...yamaha catalogue...0w40 flows down to minus 60 and 0w30 down to minus 40.....the 0w40 is also fully synthetic while 0w30 is semi

Well the viscosity on the cold side is 0 so they should be the same but a semi vs full synthetic is the diff.

Yeah you would think but the more I check the less the 0 means in regards to cold starting.
