Hey those avalance shots are scary. No way you could out run one not even on a turbo sled.

I was watching a show tonight on avalanches and they said the average speed of a sluff type avalanche (like in the video) is 100km/h. Often they can reach 300km/h thats like 180 MPH or something like that. It's even scarier to think that it's not just snow travelling that speed but trees, solid chunks of ice...your sled.

A couple yeas ago on tv they showed a vmax-4 out running a an avalance he made it too.I seen anoither video where a guy out ran one it was close though.They must have good luck or something.
