I know how you feel . We have 2 nytro's . I was swapping gears last year trying to get to the magic 3 digits with no luck but a few times with the chain case I had to walk away and take a breather. Come back try again and it falls into place then I start to wonder if something is missing or done wrong.

I have got mine all back together and the forward and reverse both work. But now I have a terrible grinding noise when moving. The brake disc will also spin forward on it a touch. I can also move it by hand a bit, forward and back, and then it stops.
Any ideas of what that may be caused by? I have put everything back together properly as far as I know.

I don't want to say! I feel kind of stupid!canoehead said:What was it?
The rubber washer that connects with the gear box on the chain tensioner did not loosen when I loosened the 14mm nut. Therefore when I finger tightened the bolt it felt tight enough. When I loosened it off again I saw the washer and loosened it off as well. Then I tightened it up properly and it worked great after that. I just wish I realized that before I took the gear box all apart again to see if I put it back together properly.
