- Its a secret
I just purchased an enclosed 3 place in-line trailer and looking for lessons learned outfitting. I was hoping someone had experience on which ski guides work best and the best mounting location. I loaded three sleds in yesterday for 1st time and it appears that guides would be useful on front loading ramp. It also appears that due to in-line configuration I'd need to outfilt the main body with double sets of ski guides as well. I see one manufacture makes the flexible turn outs for v-nose trailer applications. Also recomendation on using D-Rings vs. conventanal ski bars to secure front of sleds. My sled came with D-rings.
Would appreciate any application pics or advice on what works best.
thanks in advance D.

The only piece of advice I can offer is you need to place the ski guides a little wider if you installed Simmons skis like so many people on this site. I would do ski guides on the ramp too, as well as a track mat if you have studs. With ski guides and track mat, I can drive my sleds right on the trailer without the need for any speed. Very handy.
