Dont guess. I know Im right lol. Since 03 when my dad had an rx-1 it was always an issue on rock hard trails.
Its nothing to worry about... other then your sliders getting cooked

Same as mine when I bought it. Buddy of mine told me to tip it on it's side, kick the chunk of ice off and good to go. Had to do it 3 times in -30 weather. All 3 times there was a big chunk of ice spaced about 1" off the exchanger. Stopping the snow, when riding, doing it's job.
