P1236 Code

My sled ran good with no codes. I installed a Turbosmart BOV and a 3 bar sensor with my 240 tune.
I got a P1236 Boost intake code. I checked every hose and even took out the intercooler looking for a leak and found nothing. I reinstalled the original BOV, put in the original map sensor and flashed back to stock but the code remains.
Dealer couldn't remove the code from the computer either after I tried every ECU reboot idea I could find here.
The code remains, RPM is limited to 8000 and it uses more fuel.

From my research the Cat P1236 is the same as the SD26 Yamaha code

FIXED:

Leaking hose connection off the turbo and cheap clamps can't pull it tight enough to seal.
