I would guess frozen or corroded relay.

What did you just move the thread?

Code 81 is grip warmer.
I would look at the starter solenoid connections first. Then ground blocks.

he had it in new profile posts and i did not know how to get it out of there for him. started a post for him here.

I was only thinking about the no fuel pump not the code.. good catch..LOL

He could also have a fuse blown and that why he has no warmers or fuel pump.
