Fixed! all that happened was one of the small hoses somehow got plugged up just as the code said, i sprayed a bit of carb cleaner in each and now it runs fine, dont know why they would plug up but I guess it doesnt matter now, thanks for all the advice 
Thats a new one.Was it carbon in them?
