well an 8 tooth to 9 tooth track driver is going to put your speedo off ~12% so your previous 80-85 will be 71-76mph on the speedo (which it will now read a touch lower than real speed instead of 5-6mph faster than real speed). If your still only seeing ~60 on the speedo something it definitely wrong. I'm running dang near the same total gear ratio as you with a 19t gear and 8 tooth driver. With the Freeride 144" I'm at 78-80mph with 3-4" of fluff on trails and will see 83-85mph on hardpack (SPEEDO numbers). Stock clutching with heavier rivets to keep my revs @ 11,200rpm and an Ultra Q "pipe"

I've been experiancing almost the same thing. I aquired an 07 phazer, i rode the thing stock before the guy that i bought it from modded it. It indicated somewhere near 75 mph on the trail. He did the cold air intake mod and the stage 2 clutch kit. and now im hitting the rev limiter at about 52 mph with tons of throttle to go. I'm clutched to service manual spec for alititute and my 2ndary spring is in the correct position. WTF?!>!?!?!
