Secondary Not Shifting

Unless I am miss understanding the Schmidt Bros web site the stage 2 kit should have weights with it?

Did you try setting everything back to stock to rule out the kit?

What belt does it have on it ? The 8DN belt is longer it might be an issue. The primary will close all the way without the belt, but with the primary all the closed the belt will not go all the way to the top of the sheave. A simple way to understand this is to take the primary outer cover and spring off and close the primary and put the belt in the closed cluch and you will see it can't go all the way to the top of the sheave. Give it a try.
