po118, anybody get this code yet? temp display says 419f, electric fan starts as soon as youn turn key on and sled wont start. just add it to the p1338 and p1339 codes I get. starting to piss me off only having 300 miles on it.

P0118 is, as you might have guessed, coolant temp sensor issue. I havent ever had it read that high, but I have had it read too low. The bar will be well over the halfway point but the temp will show like 106F when based off the bar distance and normal riding temps it should be showing 160-170
Did you pull off you're silencer? To check chain case adjustment when I went to put silencer back on the one looking at the right side rubber garment I pulled the temp sensor off on accident and mine did the same thing was reading 419f and wouldn't start and fan was on all time, check your sensor connection, plugged back in fired rite up.

I checked the temp sensor and it was plugged in, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and she runs with no codes. the temp now reads 2 degrees. I think she is getting a new temp sensor when it gets the 500 mile service next week
