I gotta say boys....I looked at a retro 2011 Rush 600 LX...today...first time I have ever seen one close up (other than in a magazine)...I have to say I am very impressed...that retro is a sweet looking sled.

I f i was going to ride a two stroke again...I think that would be my sled...Never thought I'd ever say that...lol

I would pick it over an ETEC anyday...the DOO's scare me (after owning 5 in the last 20 years).

I know i'm gonna get hammered for this :die
But what do you guys think of the RUSH?? ;):D

Good for Polaris step up the game but whats with the analog gas gauge on the gas cap still???!?!?! bothers me. But I have to agree with the statement of purchasing a 2 stroke I'd have to go for them as well I can't do the doo. Unless its Mountain Dew.

Not sure wether or not the Rush comes with a digital gas gauge or not, i am pretty sure the new Indy does, but that doesnt bother me at all. It is just one less thing that you have to worry about going wrong.

I've ridden multiple Rush's..both 6 and 800...very nice riding machines with decent engines...but zero top end.

I would have to with you on that, they are mean as hell out of the hole but lack the top end that they need!

As far as the fuel gauge the rush has a had a digital gauge since day 1! Wouldnt bother me if it didnt as my nytro fuel gauge hasnt worked since day 1!

Rush just not comfortable to me. I'm fine on all the other brands but Rush pulls me too far forward & I don't like knees smashing on wells. They have after market knee pads but should be standard IMO. Rush also too active for me at my age & I don't like work of throwing my weight around to make a sled handle. If you want to ditch bang probably good for that but Rush configuration not easy to pull out of deep snow stuck. Poo 600 probably their best engine but still a 2s & Poo engines burn a lot of gas for 125 hp. For me I would buy a Nytro before a Rush or consider doo Renegade 4s. I'm done with 121 sleds. Lando rec had all the Doo 4s model on their floor plan never seen that at any Doo dealer + will take your old sled & sell for free. Some good perks with new ownership.

I would talk an assult over the rush every time. In fact if I was stll riding 50 percent or more off trail, I would have that sled today. Hard to give up the 4 holer 4 stroke though

I can't say much about the rush but I've ridden with and drove a 2012 MXZ 800R and I have to say the new DI engines are efficient, very good on fuel about 12 dollar difference between his and my apex at the pump. The thing stored well and fired up 1 touch of button. I would be eerie of it after some mileage piled up. The machine is fast and handles well so I'm sure the Polaris is similar. I just don't like the sound its very boring doesn't feel the same as the apex without a wicked sound. Plus it vibrates so much makes my wrists numb. Even at idle its very shaky. I wouldn't ,ind riding a Polaris for a few miles to see the difference.

Oh and he's disappointed that my 06 Apex is just as fast in 6 drag races as his brand new machine even after break in period...
