Back out of the garage....... drive down the boat ramp .....to the lake and then trails from there ..........Best riding however means loading them up in the trailer and going to the mountains about 10 miles away.

Yes - you are right - all of our friends in Florida think we are crazy - sometimes I think they are right.

Yes we do own our snowmobiles - had 2002 Yamaha V max a 600 & a 700. They had over 5500 miles on them.

We bought two new machines - 05 RX1 ER for me and a RS Vector ER for my wife. They are in our trailer and waiting. Can't wait

I live on 10 acres we test and tune on.Quite often we do 50 or 60 miles on the country roads after a fresh snow but for more riding we go up to our property in Houghton Lake.About 150 miles away.

I have to drive about 3 hours to get any good snow and about 4 hours to get to the U.P. of Michigan...... but I can't wait to make that trip!!

about 100 yards from my garage is the main trail rr bed,cross the street,take a left onto rr bed,cross another street and then 3 miles wide open running,gotta love it,10 min away from caribou or presque isle depends if you go left or right,clubs are dragging trails all over up here in northern maine lots of snow hope no warm weather til april this year,big end of year thaw last year...

When the snow is good and the lake is frozen I ride from home, usually Jan-late March. Dec and april I have to trailer 100 miles or so to the mountains for snow. Grroming started rhis week and I am headed out tomorrow !! A bad day of rididng is better than a good day at work :ORC

I haven't ridden in Minnesota for more than 5 years. Used to head to the UP, but now I'm hooked on the mountains. Heading to Cooke City, Montana on the 26th. I believe it's around 800 miles, takes about 15 hours, and is worth it. Also make trips to the Snowies in Laramie, Wyoming or the Big Horns in Sheridan Wyoming. Once you get a taste for the steep and deep, flat and thin just isn't the same.

Not far most of the time 15 feet?

Out the door,Start sled and go where ever you wanna go here.Not even a chance you could haul a trailer during winter cuz you can't even use a truck,all snowmobiles from dec to may!!!!!!
