I have a full hindle kit on the sled from hurricane and bought it that way so I'm learning the machine. The tors was acting up before so I disabled it and idle seemed to be fine but riding today at times it wouldn't hold idle then at other times I would stop and it would idle perfectly... Also there is alot of popping and misfire sound coming from the hindle exhaust when trail riding at normal speeds.. It has a power commander on it and on wot it pulls strong.. Any help???

Slacken the throttle cable some so it's not tensioning on the throttle body at idle, just a little play in the flipper before it pulls on the throttle

I have to hold the throttle a bit to keep it from stalling at the times whem it wont idle also it does have an oft relocate on it... That could attribute to that... How about the popping/miss sound?

Have you checked the coil connectors for corrosion or moisture? Ever replace the plugs?
Plugs were just changed and properly gapped.. For a few minutes today while riding it was mint, no feel of pop or miss then it returned.. Also at times it won't idle at all and other times it idles perfectly

Have you tried putting some injector cleaner thru the system? Double the dosage, probably 3/4 of the bottle in the 7 gallon tank. I like to run the Lucas stuff thru in every tank. Had real good results on trucks and cars with that stuff cleaning up sticky injectors.
That's my next step , i was thinking the same thing

Mapping issue?
I also wondered on the mapping but I haven't played w the power commander and the previous owner went right to hurricane and had it set up.. I did look and the power commander is lighting up so I assume working..

Run some sea foam in the gas and see if that helps. Maybe some old fuel in the tank/system . Sea foam is awesome stuff

When I ran the initial R&D system from Hindle I had popping all over the place. A correct map got rid of it. Are you running the full Hurricane kit with air box mod? If so call Dave Marshall at Hurricane Performance and see if he has any map updates....or be patient...Scott at Hindle just installed 2 auto tunes on some sleds to create a map.
