My dad let a family friend use my sled at the end of last year and just got the sled out this week and it looks like some thing is bent on the front suspension. The friend said he would pay for the damaged parts but I need to identify the bent parts. The sled is 2009 nytro xtx
The left side spindle looks to be pushed back and sitting vertical. When i put a level on the spindle it measure very close to level(veritcal) I also measure from the bottom spindle back to the foot rest bar. The left side measurement is 5/8 of an inch less than the right side.
Where does the subframe bend or should I be looking at the lower a-arm.
Any help would be appreciated

Yep sounds like something is tweaked. Is the distance between your shock shaft centered in the a arm?

Take a look at the subframe where the lower A arms are bolted. There's a support plate on the subframe with a circle cutout in it. Look closely at the plate and if there is a crinkle, you got yourself a bent subframe.
That family friend may no longer be a family friend after he realizes how costly a new subframe is.

Also, try a search on "bent subframe" and you should be able to find some pics that may help you identify the problem.
