I got my PCV installed I was having problems before that with a high rpm stutter or miss. I put the PC5 in and ran it a few times ran really strong but except at peak still. I put the sled into diagnostic mode and checked the throttle angle and it was 16 at idle and at full throttle was at 89 so I thought my TPS was faulty so I bought a new one and installed and it still read the same so I unplugged the PC5 and the idle was 18 and full throttle was at 97 so the PC5 is screwing with my TPS. I dont know how to fix it? Anyone no how or have you encountered this problem before?

Did you adjust your TPS settings with the PCV software? You can download the users manual from Dynojet.

I also found with mine that it wasn't up to date. Each version has to be loaded one at a time not just the latest and greatest as it was acting up if I did that.

TPS calibrate

I did the software update and calibrated the throttle it still reads the same. I am getting a hold of Ulmer to see what he says. Anyone else have any other ideas?

Talked

I talked to Ulmer he said that is normal I found some wiring issues one of the wires going from fuel pump relay to the ECU was cut or chaffed half of the strands in the wires were cut so I cut the wire and resoddered it to the connector. I think that was part of my problem I think I just may be a little lean around 7000 - 8000 rpm will be trying out a map from another member soon that used the auto tune to tune his.

Anyone else?

I am running the pod filter kit from ulmer and an excell welded up under tunnel, seems maybe a little lean about 7000-8000 anybody have a map that they had to richen up off of the map ulmer offers. If so I would be interested in trying it out. PLease pm me if you have something that might help me out. Thanks, Justin

If you've got time to tinker with it just add fuel where think it needs it. Experiment.
