Power Programmer and Ignition Module, Wow!!

Plug it in on the bottom of the PC III, there is only one sport for it.

When I first hooked up the boxes, I did not have the Ignition Module plugged into the Power Programmer. I did have the 2 Ignition Module plugs plugged into each other. I started the sled and it sounded "cammy". After I warmed up the sled I ran it on the stand. I saw some idiot lights and shut her down. A quick e-mail to Ulmer solved my problem. The two boxes have to be connected to each other. Now I have no idiot lights and lots of performance.

BTW, when I took the first pic in this post, I didn't have the system hooked up correctly.

How does your run against the 800R? What other sleds have your run?

After the "Summer in January" is over, I'm going to activly hunt down races with all of the 800Rs that I know of. Recently, I was 1-5 against a very strong F1000. I lost 4 roll on races from 30mph but.. I won the last one from a standing start. I failed as a the driver, the sled didn't let me down. I was unable to keep it to the bar as I would drift into a ditch and had to let off.
Multiple Apexes, a couple of F7's and an unstudded 800R also went down. The 800R and a couple of Apexes got smoked w/o the DynoJet stuff, I think I'll give them an even bigger whupping now. I'll line up against them all if there not scared .

And another thing, I'll NEVER turn down a race. Losing stinks but it's much better than being a spectator.

So you think you can take an F1000 with your mods. I have not raced my buddies yet, but it's not slow and we are waiting for snow and the right time where we can get to-gether. His is strong.... He added the new Cat top end kit, plus his re-flash from last year and he already had his y-pipe and bullseye. It goes really good, but I think I can take him... I just don't know if that top end kit will help him or not. If it does'nt, then I think I got him, if it helps, it will be close. tick, tick tick....

I just purchased these pc mods from Ulmer, If you can't beat a F-1000? who cares, he may win, but your still riding a Yamaha. LOL

Interesting subject!!! I bought the powecomander 3usb with ulmer's map..i have a ram air also.
I have a question concerning the ignition module..what does it ALL do and does it give me more power, is bit wort it or Not?? And how much do they cost$$???
