Problem with 911 Primary Cover Anyone use one?

I purchased a 911 cover and have seen lots of inconsistancy with my clutching. If anyone has used one have you seen any rpm drops?? I say this because I've used new belts taken weight out and still see pretty much the same rpms. On track today started with 6.7 grams in shoulder rpms around 10000 or so dropped to 5.7 and even less and pretty much the same rpms and speed. Even tried my D&F and 2 speeds back to back the D&Fs were showing around 10500 to 10600 but all the weight change in the 2 speeds in the shoulder showed the same mph in gps and around the same rpms. Anyone out there with this cover please give me some feedback Thanks Mark

i have been running that cover since 03 and have had no problems. i doubt its the cover thats causing the problem. if anything the larger contact area in the bushing will make it smoother and more consistant throughout the shift.

I've had other people send me a message saying they have had the same problem. I will put the stock cover back on and see if it is the problem I will update

I have one too that is over 10 years old. I never had any issues with it. I have been planning on re-installing it on my current sled.

Well that is the only thing I can think of that I've changed on my sled besides the power commander which I don't think would not let my rpms change NO Matter the weight I add or subtract. Do you guys use the belt adjuster??

i had mine before the belt adjuster came out and sent it back to get a new bushing installed and the adjuster added. i have close to 30000 miles on that thing on the last 3 sleds. i can not think of any way it would change your rpm.
