Just thought i'd give a shout out to the guys at Pioneer and a big thanks
As a former Yamaha dealer, i appreciate their service
I sent them 2 center shocks (1 with cracked body and 1 used ) and front shock from my newly aquired 2010 XTX. I asked them to build me 1 good center out of the 2 wrecks and to rebuild/revalve them accoprdingly and to just go ahead if under $200.
Low and behold I got them back with all work comnpleted for $150-ish.
heres the kicker, i have had other experiences that if you give a shop a "max spend" you will get a bill for very close to that.
Honesty and Integrity is hard to find today, I think PP hit them both on the head.

Treat your customers right and word of mouth about it will get you more. Honesty and integrity goes along ways today. Glad to hear of your experience. I have used Pioneer as well and they have always treated me right.

That's who I deal with. The nice thing is that they are only minutes away so I can walk my shocks through the door and pick them up a day or two later.

All done in one season.
That's is so far but much more on plate for this year!
Ya I like hearing things like this and will keep them in mind when my times comes. I love giving my money to honest who earn it properly. They are smart when it comes to business. Can gouge you now and maybe make a extra $50-$100 and U never come back or think or a long term relationship especially with shock rebuilds being you should rebuild them every 1-3 years really depending on miles logged. Thanks for sharing. Please report back how well there valuing is etc. Worth the money? Haven't touched my rear skid other than bigger wheels and low snow wheels. So I need help and advice. I adjusted limiter strap also. That's bout it. Thanks for any advice.
