Hi !

I need some help here...
Can someone measure the C-C distance between the mounting points in the Yamaha handlebar riser block,
or in the steering mounting plate ?
Is it the same bolt pattern in the bigger Yamaha 4-stroke sleds ?
At what different heights can they be bought as accessories ?

I happen to have a Phazer riser here at the moment, so I took a few measurements.

The bolt holes that run through the riser are .368"/9.37mm diameter, and the bolt pattern 1.291"/32.79mm by 2.360"/59.94mm. With that said, the hole pattern in the flange/mounting plate on the steering stem is about .010"/.25mm larger in both directions, not sure why. Maybe Yamaha's night shift ran the flanges and let the tolerance float, who knows. Luckily, the 9.37mm bolt hole through the riser is plenty large to allow the 8mm bolt some movement in there, so I doubt the slight difference in hole patterns has ever resulted in a fitment problem.

As far as I know, this is the same as the larger sleds use, but unfortunately I do not have any risers other than one from the Phazer at this time, so I cannot take any measurements to confirm this. Hopefully this still helps!

I'm pretty sure that I've seen risers available in 2"/50.80mm increments, all the way to 8"/203.20mm, probably from the RSI brand. They're certainly not the only ones making them though.

The bolt holes that run through the riser are 0.368" ( 9.37 mm ) diameter, and the bolt pattern 1.291" ( 32.79 mm ) by 2.360" ( 59.94 mm )
