The amsoil 5w light is a decent oil. Easy to get. I buy 5 gallon pails at a time. What is very important in a good quality shock oil is viscosity index. This allows the oil to remain stable at higher temps. 300 and up is very good. Torco rsf and redline and some others are well over 300. The amsoil 5w is only 210. I use a very thin needle with the old fox caps as to not put such a big hole in them.

You wouldn't be Frank from Shocktec would you? His shop is up in that area.
