Looking to replace the factory exhaust on my 07 Phazer GT with something quieter. Performance needs to stay the same or get better and reliability can't be compromised. Is there anything available on the market?

I think the factory exhaust is about as quite as you will find for sale.
If you have something custom made, it will likely have to have more baffles and would result in a drop in performance.

Maybe there is a leak making your stock exhaust loud? Donuts,Flex pipes at head and mid pipe can all fail.

One word comes to my mind: Prius
I have R1 bike exhaust on mine and it has a nice sound, Much better that the Gardine 600 RR exhaust I had on it.

Skinz Ultra Q is significantly lighter, ceramic coated, and I haven't gotten a ticket.... yet. I'd say it's 2-3 decibels louder than stock.
