40 ft lbs with blue locktite. I skipped the locktite for fear that I'd never get it off again. I did go 50 tho.

I actually got to play with mine today, it's really nice to jump off, change the setting and take off again. Change is noticeable in the ride and how the front end plants with a little throttle when coming out of a corner.
Happy with this device.
