Had it posted in there but not sure if anyone reallys sees new posts int here.
So the way I read it - with my RX1 - using 57 as intake valve abdc as Knapp attack posted on page 2 of stick boost calc thread - If I put in a .076 head gasket - I can run 15 lbs of boost on 92.9 octane (+/- a few octane). I would lose roughly 5 HP on the stock motor and get roughly 272 HP on full boost (again with some margin of error). Am I reading it right?
Is the .076 headgasket a Yamaha part or aftermarket and if so, then where to find it?
Thanks in advance.

There must be something wrong somewhere in your calculations. When I'm adding your numbers in the Excel spreadsheet that I have stored on my computer it tells me that you can run a max of 12.5 lbs boost at sealevel on 93 octane fuel, making about 255 HP. Your compression ratio would be at 9.77:1
Be careful not to run too high boost on too low octane, the numbers in the spreadsheet is for reference only. Please run little more octane than the calculation tells for the safety of your engine. When knock starts it is over in matter of seconds, damage happens that fast.

The specs in that calculator have been updated to the Apex engine specs and it no longer references the RX-1 engine.
I added the boost calculator as an attachment here before it was updated to the Apex specs. It looks like with a .076" thick head gasket you can run 12 lbs of boost on 93 octane.
The baseline has been updated for an Apex with stock cam timing at 71 deg abdc and an .076 head gasket. When The Vector baseline compression has been updated to 11.3. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys!
SRXspec - I had the abdc at 57 and head gasket at .25 because that is what KnappAttack had posted in the boost calc thread (roughly the 3rd from last post on page 2) for the RX1 - so there are some confilcting numbers here.
The difference of the 50 and 57 abdc with the thicker headgasket is the difference between 12 and 14 lbs of boost with 93 - estimated. At least that is where I am seeing the difference right?
I just notice one other difference - the cc volume is different - RX is 19.82 and the Apex is 21.24 - is this correct as well?
Can this thicker head gasket be ordered from Yam?
