The updated part wont just fit in there.Is a kit which includes whole front arm,new crosshaft,wheels,link and I highly recommend getting your shock done at same time.If everything isnt right something else will break.Everything needs to be right since all of the parts work together.

Im quite a heavy rider both weight and style so what you said about it breaking again if bottoming out the skid doesn't sound too good.. But with changing all these parts I might as well get a new aftermarket skid or try to get a hold of one from a recked 08 mtx I guess cus spending the money on new parts from Yamaha to replace all that stuff just seams dumb?
