rear suspension set up 151 2in ?

what is the basic set up for 03 rx1 rear suspension --1 front limeter straps--2 center shock--3 rear shock --4 front springs ---is there a suspension tuning book for the rx1 :?: --darts bad and tipy on trails-- wifes sled - love the sled just need to tweek in thanks -- 151 2in --when sitting on floor back half of track does not touch floor is this right
