Nowadays these So-Cal and warm state kids that think Drifting is so new and cool never grew up in the Midwest around activities like this.

I would bet many of us that grew up in MN, WI etc got the keys to the truck thrown to us at an early age while on the lake or an open pasture. We all learned to "turn into the slide" way before we got a license to drive!

The situation was usually like this. "why don't you take the pickup and run to the resort and get more shiners, and take it easy, there isn't much snow on the ice, so you won't have much traction" That was free reign to see how easy it was to spin cookies in the old Cheyenne.
