tore apart skid on my 06 apex er found multiple breaks along with a broken adjuster cable for the shock.bought a new adjuster cable I just dont know what position my shock is in and what positon to set my dial to.THANKS GUYS

01 SXR Long Track
Put the cable on the shock and turn it all the way clockwise with a pair of pliers which will set it to the hard position, then turn the adjusting knob all the way to the hard position (counter clockwise) and install the cable.
