Sorry for the stupid question but I have owned this sled for 4 years and the belt has been perfect but it is finally worn out but I have no clue how to change it (feel stupid)

take clutch side panel off
remove belt guard
lock brake
start turning secondary sheave clockwise and pushing down on belt at same time (secondary sheave would be the one closest to your handlebars, and grab/turn the side of it that is closest to engine)
once the belt has dropped down inside the secondary clutch a ways, grab it and pull it over top the secondary clutch. It should just pop right out.
easier to do when the belt is warm. i typically wear gloves to do it
After you do this a couple times its like a 15 second job

Like mentioned above. Turn the moveable sheave (the one on the bearing side) clockwise while pushing it in. Pushing the belt down keeps the clutch from closing again. Watch your fingures, don't want the clutch snapping closed on you.
