Rev Limiter on Viper

I have read on this site about guys hitting the rev limiter on their Vipers. At what RPM does it hit the limiter?
It must be a factory set limit. Thanks for any answers to this.

Soft limiter is said to start retarding timing around the 8900 mark. Hard limiter on a 15 re-flash is 9250. And yes, the rev limiter is part of the ECU programming so the only way to change it is with an EVO flash, or a PCV with an ignition module and rev extend.
