What helix is this?

So I have this helix off my old turbo viper wondering if any one can tell me what degree it is or if it will help my 2014 viper Xtx from hitting the rev limiter? It's a dalton and has the numbers 1229 on it thanks

On the actual ramp part itself there's no numbers etched in?

No not that I could see anywhere else, if we ever get some snow this year in Saskatchewan I'd just try it but still see dirt in my back yard
