I just bought a 2014 viper xtx with 415km on it, all stock. I’m finding that in a hole shot I seem to be hitting the rev limiter, both on hard pack, and laying on the throttle in a the powder. Looking for some advice on what it could be?

It’s the track, mine did it horribly with the stock weights, and still taps it a time or two with the Big Venom clutch kit. The stock Cobra has soft thin lugs that fold over under acceleration. The camoplast version on the Cobra has thicker “posts” in the lugs and seems to have a stiffer compound. It’s a good “jack of all trades, master of none” track. Arctic cat must have a deal with Camso, the 141 isn’t available in the aftermarket, only from Arctic cat/Yamaha. Come track change time, it’s either a 141” Backcountry or swap drivers to 2.52 and run a 144” Ice cobra from camso. I have the freeride on my phazer, with stiff 1.5” paddles, and it hooks WAY better on hardpack. I’m going to try a 39/45 helix to see if it helps, as it should shift out faster down low.
