Reverse

I was told by a few dealers that almost all sleds ordered for '04 and '05 were mainly ER models. Guess thats why all but the RTX have reverse standard for '06.

Only one dealer we contacted while buying last fall had non-reverse vectors. The rest said there was no sale for non-reverse sleds and didn't order any. Did see a sweet candy red non-reverse RX-1 shortie that sat for a bit in the dealer before it sold. Customers buy, dealers order, yamaha gets the point I guess.

I too heard nobody wants a non-reverse sled. But it can always be added.

I found a left over 04 sitting in a dealership in NH at the end of Feb early March... Non Reverse... Could not sell it for a hill of beans.... I looked at it and thought about buying it cheap putting reverse in it then waited for the 06s...

Im not a reverse guy yet either. My RTX will not have it, but if I go to sell it down the road and the buyer wants to add it, he can. Different strokes for different folks...BBY

I don't use reverse. I did install the reverse from my 05 limited on my 04. Sells better.

If I can get a good deal on a no reverse machine I'll take that over the ER.

Reverse is overated.
