Ive been having an issue with my reverse engaging easily.... i know about the moving it foward a little bit to make gears line up and so on and so forth but i quite often find myself moving 3 or 4 or even 5 times before it falls into place.... anyone else having this issue :o|

Time to adjust the reverse lever linkage, should make it like butter.

Just make sure you pull it out to back up and , make sure you push it in ALL the way to go forword, sumtimes it will slip if its not pushed in all the way.....

i dont have issue going from rev to fwd it has always dropped right in for me going that way just going from fwd to rev gives me all kinds of issues

Check your belt tension as well. If your belt is too tight it puts a constant load on the gears and it's very difficult to shift. I know this because I adjusted my secondary and went a bit too far. I had a bit of squeel from the primary and figured it would pass once the belt broke-in, it never did and I also could barely get the thing in reverse.

this is very interesting....my reverse was working great all season, starting acting up two ago........just after I put a new belt on.

I'm pretty sure my secondary is stock.....!?

I can never back off the trailer as it refuses to go in or invarably it is frozen?

I've had that problem before. Gave me an excuse to buy a drive in drive out designed trailer.
