riser question

can someone tell me how high of a riser i could use on my 2003 rx-1 without having to change my cables

I just did a 2" on mine and it is pretty tight. Had to relocate it to stop it from revving when turned all the way right. In my opinion I would get longer cables for anything over 2"

I did a 3" chux riser 3 years ago no problems like everyone esle you have to do some moving and rerouting.. good luck

I say just get the '04 rx mountain cable for $25. IMO any amount of rise over stock needs the extra cable especially when turning tight. I ran a 2.5" for a ride without the extra cable and sharp corners were scary when the engine didn't brake, actually rev'd.
