Looking to add a Rotopax fuel container to the rear tunnel of my RTX SE (129").

Curious if anyone has some pics if they have done the same. I'm leaning toward the 1.75gal as it seems to be about the right size but might consider the 2 gal.

Would like some pics or feedback from those who have one installed.

Really? What size rotopax, 1 gal or 1.75 gal? Also what tunnel bag? The expandable one Yamaha sells or the smaller one that sits closer to the seat.

Would love to see some pics....

Expandable 2 Gallon its gonna be real tight I'll know in about a week when my can comes in I hope it will fit right in the bottom and I'll rig up a big fasten right in the middle and have gas and storage for lot cheaper than powder keg and look better I think

Is that a 2 gal tank? Also is that a 129" track or something longer. I'm looking for a fit on 129" tunnel. Thanks

Yes it's a 2gal can, it's on my 141"

If I recall correctly, it could slide under the seat some more, but left it out so my tunnel bag would ride on top

This is a 137 but I mounted then sideways. I do saddle bagging in Quebec so I have 2 gal or if I use both I carry 4 gal.

I think I can get it to fit right inside my Yamaha tunnel bag
I was going to try the same thing. I think the bag I bought was called a combination bag or something like that. It has the tunnel bag and saddle bags as one unit. I don't see it in the current accessory catalog. I never mounted it last year. I think it will also help with the snow getting thrown at my back. Last ride of the season was really warm and things were getting slushy. My backside was completely drenched head to toe.

I ordered the white water to put racing fuel in, black tool box, mount and extension, both 2 gal, 3" tall I will post photos when done.

Family man - I wanted a white rotopax can to match my tunnel but when I checked with them they told me they were made with different material and storing fuel in a white water can would eventually leak...

Might be worth double checking.

Dlinebacker - any update on your rotopax fitting into the expandable tunnel bag? If so, please share some pics....thanks
