Buddy just had his ltx serviced. Now it's running rough at idle. Sounds like it's running on 2 cylinders. Oil was high. We got it back p where it should be. Still rough idle. Any ideas?

I've got to think only a couple of things if a plug isn't fouled, which will happen taking them on and off the trailer. Change the plugs first. If that does not fix it, look for skipped cam timing from turning the engine backwards, or a spit out valve shim from hitting the rev limiter or using old style anti-lag at a high RPM.
Is the engine ticking?

No ticking. He just told me he had error code 37. Which is no 3 injector. Dealer tightened throttle cable too much and tors was kicking in. He loosened throttle cable and that's when it started idling poorly.

I’ll bet the injector is unplugged.
Give the whole story, what did the dealer do too the sled?
Obviously they had been monkeying around with the throttle cable.

I would say the number 3 injector is a suspect. Especially if it seems like it’s missing on one cylinder.
Generally the computer is looking for a resistance window upon startup. An unplugged or damaged connector (from adjusting the throttle cable) would definitely throw a code and cause a misfire.
