RPMS still down..

mine will hit 10.800- 10900 and stay there, with u still getting speed mabe yr tach out?

Funny you say that. I had a guy message me when i was having my backfire issue. Said his buddy had the same issue and it was a bad speedo cluster...Could be. Or a plugged filter in the tank possibly?

Thanks everyone for the help. I just wanted to follow up on this thread in case future owners experience what I went through. My problem all along was a bad fuel pump!!

Rebuilt both clutches, inspected drive train, two new sets of plugs, tested coils, fixed all ground blocks, dialectic greased all connections, new battery, new air box, tested tps, new 87 octane, checked alignment, new header gasket, new muffler, new copper donuts, new y pipes......

Almost gave up, but pulled the plugs again after hard runs and noticed the plugs were white...didn't test the pump, I just knew it was the problem. 500 dollars later and I'm in heaven.

The brp wheels and 5.7 pilots are amazing as well. Hit 127 on the dream o meter on hard pack today.
