The T660 is no turd. I rode with one for a week in Canada last year and it is by far the fuel economy king and was surprisingly fast. My clutched RX-1 would walk away from it start to finish, but the bone stock Warrior in our group got it out of the hole and held 3 lengths on it but did not pull away. This was on a snow covered lake in Quebec. As for fuel economy the turbo got over 20 mpg every fill up while my 1-ton averaged 16-17 mpg. As for the RS, no one will know until the snow flies...

RX-1LITER WOULD THE T660 OWNER HAPPEN TO BE A FARMER FROM SOUTHERN ERIE COUNTY,
I rode with the t660 last year in quebec last year it would go over 300 mi on a tank of gas over 24mpg.
I rode it and that is the reason I bought a vector and not the Rev,it was so quiet I could not tell it was running with my helmet on unless you look at the tach

Skidozer,
Yeah! His name is Eddie Gable. He is a great guide and is friends with one of my primary riding partners Fred Croscut who is a dairy farmer in Chautauqua County. His brother also has a T660 and his brother's wife has non-charged 660.
Where do you mostly ride?

Well i have never ridden a t660 but a have raced one in 660' drag and it was behind from the start and I never looked back. As far as we don't know, I'm not sure what people mean the RS and the 660 have both been around since last year. Been there done that. The RS is the faster of the 2 hands down.

my neighbor has a few t660 turbos. We have vectors. the vectors are faster, handle better, and got much better mileage. At the end of our 3hr ride, we still had fuel, they were about out.
I have rode both touring version (T660T & RSVenture) and do not need to get side by side to confirm that the 660 is no match for the RS. It appears to me thought that the FST750 be a better close call to the Cat. After riding an FST Touring, it is no match to my Venture as well.....so where does the FST numbers come from?
Ran against fst and vector is faster and pulls away on topend. New 700 classic with new motor is tough and pulls vector by 2 to 3lenghts up in triple digits

All of my arctic cat buddies think the T660 turbo is a joke.. heavy and lots of turbo lag.. those who dont think the sled has alot of lag are band biased..
My buddie said he would take my warrior over a REV any day.. ENOUGH SAID..
The T660 is a fourstroke car engine SHOVED in a ZR chassis..
