Running board and belt question

Well, as far as being not so close there should be some dealer near you or within driving distance that would have a left over. For the price he wants you should be able to find something very close to that price. I didnt wait till the end of the season and I paid 9600.00 for my RTX. I bought it from the best dealer in the state and then they closed shop 1 month later.

As far as the warranty. Any NEW sled you buy will have a one year warranty even if its a left over. The warranty start date goes with the delivery date.

I wouldn't jump on this sled right away. Keep looking and check dealers too.

Pick up a new gear from a dealer. It has one bolt holding it on. Takes about two minutes to change.

If your speedo is reading faster than your actual speed, wouldn't your odometer be clicking off more miles than your actually putting on the sled?
