So i searched the threads and after reading 6 pages of threads that all said different things. I figured i start my own thread and ask the specific question, so here it is, sorry if it's been asked a million times, but i can't decipher it all..
I have a 05 Warrior. I've put 150 miles on it so far (from last season). I haven't touched any of the suspension settings... The thing is it doesn't seem to ride well at all. I can't get it to turn when i want it to. Anyways, i know i need to adjust the suspenion but i want to replace the skis because they seem to suck (what do you guys think?). Can i put carbides on stock ski's.

Yes, you can install carbides. Do you have studs? Also you will want to take the preload off of your front shocks.

Carbides definitely. At least 6"
You can pull in the limiter straps (DO NOT exceed specs) this well help keep the skis planted.
Check the rear suspension sit-in or ride-height - this is paramount for a decent ride. Make sure you sit on the sled, in all your gear, when checking this. Look at the 2 gaps between the transfer rod sleeve and the white spacers, near the rear of the rail. You want 50/50 - 70/30 top/bottom for a good range. Otherwise the skid won't work right.
Also, if you find the ride to be stiff, you may have to add more transfer. I believe you also have a clicker, but you will want to be sure the sit-in is set correctly before using it.

Majority of people will agree that the stock skis on the Warrior should be replaced. Where the opinions come in will be which ski. For the Warrior, I believe there are only two real options out there; C&A Razors or Simmons Flexi-Ski.
C&A Razors will carve, but it takes more effort than stock. Kind of what you would expect when you want to ski to carve. Simmons will widen your stance 1.5" and provide more stability. They won't carve as good as the C&A's, but they won't require as much steering effort either.
In my opinion, just replacing the carbides is not option on the Warrior. When you replace the skis, you will need 6" carbides.

Thanks for all the responses! I don't have any studs. Now the challeneg is finding the transfer rod and limiter straps. Can you guys give me an idea on where to find 'em. I'm assuming they're near the rear shock. Thanks agin for all the help guys!! - Jason

Oh, i forgot to ask. Is there a sponser that will give me a good price on those skis??? The best price i found on simmons was from mcp performance at $405 w/ the 6'' carbides. THANKS!!! - Jason

My 04 warrior was the same. I did some 8" carbides and wow every turn i heve to lean i get alot of inner ski lift lol.
