Yea there has been some learning carnage... I mean learning curve!
Here are a few more, some of my exhaust mod, Its a White Broz R-4 with a rebuilt core, new packing and stainless steel core, went from 1.5 inch to just over 2 inch ID. Sounds great on first ride and all worked well. Quiet in the parking lot and still sounds great while at WFO. I Like it and it looks much better that last attempt.

Over boost leads to new pistons +
On some long pulls the other day I noticed the boost gauge pegged... about that time the sled started loosing the top end. I nursed it back to the truck and back at the shop after a pressure test, leak down test and finding the signal hose to the waste gate off the turbo and a lot of searching and thinking... its time to act. Today I pulled the motor. 6-7 hours in the shop and the motors out. Will have it done with good rods / pistons etc. Looking at some port / polish too but not too much. will upgrade to the 2560 turbo while I am at it.
WOW thats a lot of parts. this is definatly the deepest I have been into this sled.
