Scott Bergstrom Help!!!!!


I can stop by the shop tomorrow and tell Scott to get ahold of you, PM me your info so I can pass it on to him. Last he told Me his supplier of carbide was screwing him around,

I think his problem is TOO much customer service, he makes sure he is on the phone for at least 30 minutes with everyone that calls, it doesn't leave enough time for other people.

My sentiments exactly. There's always a rush on this type of products this time of year.
 
Been trying to get in touch with him all week too....from 7am CST the last 2 days.

I dont want the mumbo jumbo and explanations..just want to place an order. I know they work..I know what I want. Imagine the type of business Bergstrom would do if his company was easy to get in touch with?!?! I think online ordering would be key for him....for those that just want to order.

I also PM'd you TeamBlue and also Viper Dave..in a last ditch attempt to get in touch with Bergstrom.
 
It's great he's busy, but if you can't get the product out as said, just be upfront so that we can decide otherwise. I just purchesed new skis and sold the old, so I am stuck without carbides. Had to do a 2 day air in order to get Shapers by this weekend. Since I ordered his product I also had set-up questions. Now I'll have 2 pairs of carbides, that is if he gets them out. Be nice to cancel if I could get a hold of him.

you simply call your credit card company now and refuse payment. done!
It's really not your problem if the guy is impossible to get ahold of.

i stopped buying stuff from him years ago because it was always a headache.
who wants to spend 9 hours calling a guy to place an order. why do i have to call in july?
He's a fool of a buisnessman if you ask me

Not even sure which card I used, all I know he hasn't charged any of them yet, which means he hasn't even started what was supposed to be here by now. PLUS, credit card companys will charge for stopping payment.

Seriuosly though.....who does business like that? If he has a gold mine now, just think if he actually answered his phone!! What gets me is..if you cant phone in your order, you cant email in your order, you cant place the order online through the website......yet it is so friggin busy?!?!

Yep, awfully busy for not taking orders. He needs to ask himself this: Would I like to do business with someone like myself? In other words, never answer phone, cant take orders, cant cancel orders, no customer service when needed etc.....etc...etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried exactly 40 more times today which makes it 312 times since Friday. Grrrrr!
 
Thanks again Teamblue for helping out. Scott finally got a hold of me yesturday. He couldn't even find my order. At least I got it cancelled if he does find it.
